Carolina's Team Member Hall Of Fame

The NC Team Member Hall of Fame organizers have created a platform to incentivize, motivate and create a culture of winning in our agencies. This is an all agent ran group with the hopes of cultivating an environment where participating agencies see more success each year in financial service production. Our goal is to grow the group to extend to other territories and increase the amount of qualifiers each year.

In January of 2026, there will be a premier Gala to recognize and celebrate those team members that have qualified. Our Gala will include recognition, dinner, networking and fun! In addition, we will be hosting multiple virtual training calls throughout the year as well as a potential in person event.

Timing of production: January 1, 2025 – October 31, 2025
Required Production to Qualify: 40 Issued Life Apps

  • Individual production will be reported using FrontRunner
  • All life production counts except UL Increases, GIO and Annuities

Cost: $200 per team member paid by 1/31/25 – Fee will be used to cover virtual and in-person events throughout the year as well as the end of year GALA for qualifiers.
